This is why we look out for extremely talented Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Healthcare Aides (HCAs). We want only the best nurses so that our clients receive only the best care that they deserve. We also look out for nurses who have excellent communication skills and adapt to different environments’ intricacies. We look out for nurses who are willing to learn new things and are great at working with other people. We also look out for nurses who can move with technology’s wave and are great at dealing with change.

To ensure our nurses offer compassionate, competent, and evidence-based care, we ask prospective applicants to fulfill the following requirements:

Complete a criminal record check (including vulnerable, adult and child abuse checks).
Provide three (3) references (one of them being a nursing supervisor/manager)
Provide proof of authorization to work in Canada and Manitoba.
Have a minimum of one year of experience in their specialized area.
Provide a current immunization record.

We complete licensure checks for each prospective employee before we hire them. We require every nurse (RNs, RPNs, LPNs) to have active registration to practice by the appropriate nursing college in Manitoba. For nurses coming from other provinces and would like to work with us, we can assist with information on obtaining Manitoba registration.
